NEW RESOURCE ALERT   The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct has published the Ohio Ethics Guide: Artificial Intelligence for Lawyers and Judicial Officers . This new guide addresses the ethical use of artificial intelligence tools under the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and the Code of Judicial Conduct. It covers topics such as competency  obligations , client confidentiality,  client communication,  fee considerations, candor to tribunals, and more.
